Shipping
For all UK orders, our products are shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery. All shipments are tracked and insured.
International Shipping
For any orders outside of the UK, delivery will typically take 5 - 7 working days. All shipments are tracked and insured.
Please check the customs policies for your own country, as you are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.
Returns
Contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item to let us know of your intention to return the item(s).
All our items are second hand, this means that they may have general wear. We will always disclose any major issues.
We ask that you return your item via Royal Mail guaranteed special delivery to ensure it gets back to us safely. Unfortunately, we can't provide a refund for any items which are sent back to us by uninsured or non-recorded delivery if they become lost or damaged in transit. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
When returning or cancelling an item we will deduct the fees we have paid, as we are no longer getting refunded them. This will vary from 3-5% depending on your payment method.
All items should be returned in the same condition they were sent out to qualify for a refund. Please note that once a ring has been resized or altered in any way, it cannot be returned.
Tracking number and proof of postage should be kept until your return has been confirmed as received.
Items are sold as seen and do not come with warranty. Insurance is the customers responsibility.
International Returns (Non-UK)
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order to let us know of your intention to return the item/s. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
As well as sending your item via a tracked and insured service it's also important to mark the package with the correct information to avoid any unnecessary delays or fees through customs.
Packages should be marked as follows:
UK RETURNED GOODS
This must be written in large, clear letters on the outside of the parcel, near the shipping label.
Returns or credits will be processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection of item(s).
If any import fees are incurred by Junie Vintage due to incorrect labelling, these will be deducted from the customer's refund. If you have any questions on this, please contact us at junievintage@gmail.com
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for International Shipments (outside of the UK).
